There is one sure way to get your Facebook Ads numbers exactly where you want them.
We like to talk about how important video is. We all know it’s the most popular piece of content you can have on your Facebook page. They’re eye-catching, attention-getting, and fun to watch!
But other than that…
What else makes video so important?
It might not be all that obvious, but Facebook is a numbers game. Just like business.
And it’s the numbers that make video so important on Facebook.
Using a video can affect things like the cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and cost-per-click (CPC). It can have major effects on your return-on-investment (ROI), the most important number for your business!
If you watch your numbers, you can easily see how video can change the entire way you do business on Facebook. Once you see the numbers, you probably will NEVER do a picture ad every again!
Let’s go ahead and look at some numbers we generated for one of our clients.
Here you can see we had set a campaign and gained about 57 leads off one ad. These are 57 regular leads. (Leads that provided either an email or number)
What we consider quality leads are people who not only provide an email address or number but also schedule a consultation.
So, as you can see, this ad got 13 quality leads at an $80 cost-per-quality-lead (CPQL).
Right now with these numbers, our client is already getting business. However, that CPQL is a high number. (Too high for a Facebook Ad)
When we saw this, one thing came to mind. There was one sure way to get that CPQL right where we wanted it: “Let’s do a video!”
The thing is that our client didn’t even want to do a video at the beginning. Nobody ever does! But when he saw these numbers, he knew it was what he had to do.
And guess what happened?
After shooting and using a video for this ad, we ended up dropping our client’s CPQL from $80 to $30. That’s some AMAZING stuff!!! Our client is now setting appointments for less than HALF the original CPQL.
These numbers easily show the advantages of using a video.
Video is the way to go.
There is no doubt about it. If you want to get more out of your ad spend, reach more people, and get more quality leads for less, you need to use video!
Nothing is better for your numbers than video.
So remember, shoot to sell! Video is the one way to go when creating your Facebook Ads.
