The quality of your leads matter! Even more so than the amount of the leads you’re getting. That’s for sure.

If you’re looking solely for lead generation WITHOUT setting up a funnel for qualifying your prospects, you’re going to be left with a lot of headaches when your following-up with leads who don’t care about your business.

But say you have a winning strategy for qualifying prospects.

What if your funnel is doing great and people are setting up appointments like crazy? Wouldn’t it feel great knowing that people want your product?

Sure it would. But the moment they don’t show up for their appointment, you’re going to feel a whole new emotion: Frustration.

It sucks when it seems like things are going perfectly. Your ad is eye-catching and people are clicking through. Your funnel is engaging, people are submitting their information and scheduling appointments, but for some reason they just aren’t showing up.

What are you going to do?

Now, we’re not going to give you ALL our secrets, but there is one that works wonders for increasing our show up rate. Right now, we’re boasting a full 90% of show ups.

Our strategy: Don’t give your leads all your time.

By ‘time’, I mean ‘freedom’.

You see, if you give your leads the freedom in scheduling their appointments as far out as a week or further, they are more likely to become a no show.

Why?

Well, to put it simply, they forget. We live in a world where time is a luxury few have. The world is filled with distractions and noise. Things are always coming up, especially last minute.

How can you expect an appointment set out so far in advance to be set in stone?

It happens all the time! We’re all guilty of forgetting our appointments, so this shouldn’t be a shock to you.

If you want your show up rate to increase, you need to get your leads to schedule appointments within 3 days from the day they set it up. The rest should be blocked off.

 

3 day scheduling

Don’t let your leads schedule their appointments whenever they want.

If they’re given this freedom, you’re only going to be left disappointed. It’s brutal really, allowing yourself to be stood up like this, over and over. So please, while the idea is fresh, while the emotion is raw and real, let them come to you QUICK.

Based off our data, 3 days is the sweet spot. If you can get your leads to schedule within that time frame, your no-show rate will drop dramatically.

Driving that no-show-rate down could be as simple getting your leads in sooner and NOT later. Remember, 3-days is all they get. If their quality, they’ll do it and be least likely to forget about their appointment.

Don’t give your leads all your time.

Have them set their appointments within 3 days. Do that and watch your show-up rate shoot up and your days fill up so FAST you won’t even know where all your time went.
